4th Toilet Complex Successfully Opened at Bandarawaththa St. Mary’s Primary School, Seeduwa
Stichting Mission Lanka proudly marked another important milestone in community development with the successful completion and official handover of the 4th newly constructed toilet complex at Bandarawaththa St. Mary’s Primary School, Seeduwa, Sri Lanka, on 17 February 2026.
This impactful initiative was implemented under the visionary leadership of Mr. Shantha Dalugamage, Founder & CEO of Stichting Mission Lanka, as part of the organization’s continued commitment to improving educational infrastructure and community well-being across Sri Lanka.
Strengthening School Sanitation Infrastructure
The foundation stone for this important sanitation project was laid on 18 October 2025, marking the beginning of a focused effort to enhance hygiene standards and provide safer, cleaner, and more accessible sanitation facilities for students and school staff.
Following months of dedicated construction work and close collaboration with school authorities and local stakeholders, the project was successfully completed and officially handed over to the school administration.
